Driving in Lapland is unbelievable. It didn't matter where we were driving, everything looked beautiful. The roads, the trees and especially the sky✨. If you're worried about driving on icy/snowy roads, don't! The cars in Lapland have spikes in the wheels, which makes driving super easy. Of course you'll have to pay attention (especially with white-outs), but that applies with driving everywhere. So make sure you rent a car when you are visiting Lapland, it's definitely worth it!

We've had truckers pass us a couple of times, but the first time we didn't realise we would lose our sight, so we didn't slow down and neither did the trucker. That got scary real quick😅! So from then on, we slowed down every time we saw a truck coming up, just to be safe.

Finland is so magical in winter ✨. Snow makes everything beautiful and because of the sun hanging so low, on clear days it is like you have sunset hour all day long when the sun is still up. Honestly it is just breath taking 🤍

It's reindeers🦌. We were driving from Rovaniemi to Ranua and decided to take the scenic route. We were happy we did because during sunset we spotted several reindeers in the snow❄️. We had to take pictures of course and they turned out amazing. Make sure to follow our page to see the end result!

This beautiful place is in Finnish Lapland. Syöte National Park is absolutely stunning and definitely worth a visit if you are near. Even though it was pretty cold, we just had to stop and take it all in. Sometimes you just have to let time pass and enjoy moments like this
